Common questions about sign-in, redaction, long-recording handling, sharing and account closure.

Q&A

What you may want to know

Do I need an API key to sign in?

No. An email code is enough to register or sign in, and the first verification automatically creates an account and personal workspace. Developer API keys are only for API access and can be created and revoked in account settings.

Is redaction destructive? Can it be reversed?

Coverage is burned directly into the output, with no toggleable mask layer or original-region recovery payload. This reduces the exposure of personal identifiers but cannot prevent screen recording or external capture of a delivered copy.

Do I need to trim long recordings first?

Yes. Long recordings can first be reduced to event clips by time range and normalized before detection and review, avoiding expensive processing of the entire recording.

Will sharing leak other data?

A share is generated per recipient and validity period and targets only the specified copy; recipients access it via a link and gain no workbench permissions. The shared copy burns in a recipient watermark and records an access audit.

How do I close my account?

In the danger zone of account settings, complete the closure-specific email verification for the current session and confirm explicitly; the account is then closed, all sessions and API keys are invalidated, and media and identity are subsequently purged. Closure is irreversible.

Can I purchase directly from the pricing page?

Yes. The pricing page supports direct online purchase: Personal at US$19/month (US$190/year) and Professional at US$49/month (US$470/year), plus one-off minute packs; checkout is completed on the payment provider overlay and prices exclude tax. Organization-scale needs can be quoted through the footer email. Your first sign-in includes a one-time 10-minute allowance (valid 30 days, up to 1080p) and there is no standing free tier.
